April 2025
As a matter of urgency we are looking for a home with structure, routine and without young children for beautiful Luna.
Luna will be 3 years old in a few weeks and has been doing really well in her home since moving before Christmas. She loves the routine and has improved with her lead walking and meeting new dog and horses skills. Her owners have worked with her and seen lots of improvements while she’s been with them.
Her basic obedience is very good and she can be left with no issues.
The local dog walkers have all commented on how much calmer she appears out on walks. They also had a family member and his dog visiting and she was very good, just ignored the other dog which was great.
But unfortunately there was an incident this weekend with the family’s youngest child. No one saw what happened, luckily she is fine but it resulted in a minor bite.
They were playing nicely in the garden together when it happened. The lovely little girl is very friendly with Luna and often crowds her face (despite the owners numerous, daily warnings), which Luna must have reacted to.
They think Luna needs an adult only home with clear boundaries. Luna is a sweet, loving girl but they have come to the sad decision that they need to rehome her, even though they will all be very upset to see her leave.
Beautiful Luna is currently in the Wimbledon area, if you feel that you can give her the calmness and routine that she thrives on please contact us, she will be rehomed with her 5 weeks free Agria Insurance and her Adoption Contract.

Luna Feb 2026
We are looking for a very quick move for beautiful Luna who is 3 in June, due to an incident this morning.
Luna was adopted just before Christmas and settled in very quickly enjoying opening presents with the children and even going out for afternoon tea for the teenagers birthday.
We did know that Luna likes routine and can be anxious and a bit grumbly when snoozing on the sofa or a favourite spot. Which has been managed very well.
She has been free running and loving life running around the 500 hectares at Wimbledon common making lots of friends and being respectful to other dogs and walkers. She loves retrieving and drops to a dead command, she’s whistle trained and walks to heal.
Sadly today after her normal lovely walk with her mum she was eating her usual treat on the landing when her owner who isn’t normally in at that time, came home and started up the stairs towards Luna, he slipped and fell forward but managed to stop himself falling on Luna, then put his hand out to reassure her. Unfortunately Luna panicked and reacted by lunging at him and catching him on the face causing a puncture wound which needed a sterostrip plaster.
Luna has also grumbled at the children recently, so the decision has been made to find her a new home.
We will be looking for a home without children and other dogs so that she can have a quiet life with an experienced owner who enjoys long walks and can give her the time and patience to build up her routine.
If you can offer Luna a calm home without a strong owner and lovely walks and games, please contact us. She will be rehomed with 5 weeks free Agria Insurance and her Adoption Contract.
