Gelert went home to his new forever home on this date. He is doing really well - he has a dad who loves him very much and he spends lots of time out on lovely walks, and meeting up wiht other dogs and their owners :)

Gelert is a lovely, happy, healthy 3 year old boy who is looking for a new home due to a sad change in his families situation.
Gelert has been very happily living with a family with a young child and 3 older children. He loves to play with them and is gentle around the baby.
He is really curious of cats and his owner would think that he would probably chase given the chance.
He is used to sheep and has been taught to ignore them, he is fine around other dogs and has a good recall for his dad but it can be flakey with his mum and the older children when they walked him.
Gel travels really well he is neutered and has been taught to roll over, sit, lay down and even close the door which can be useful in a home with children!
This gorgeous boy can be left at home for a few hours after exercise and he is used to being walked by family members. He does wear a Halti when being walked.
He is fed Fish for Dogs dry food mixer with some meat and meat and rice several times per week which he loves.
Gelert is a lovely boy however he can growl when he is on his bed and you go to near to his bed, he has never shown any aggression and his dad says that the thinks Gel growls because he is happy..
Gelert is in the Blaeanu Ffestiniog, Gwynedd area he will be rehomed with his 5 week free insurance and our Rehoming Contract.
