Monty moved to his new home early in October. He joins a GSP brother and wonderful family.

This very handsome young fella is Monty.
He is 14 months old and looking for a new home due to a change in personal circumstances in his present home.
He is very much loved and will be very much missed.
Monty is a very full on type of boy, he is very active and is absolutely obsessed with his ball. He loves nothing more than playing fetch all day long. If his mum wants a break Monty is more than happy to join in with anyone else playing fetch with their dogs at the park!
Monty has had a flea and worm treatment, his booster is due at the end of September.
Monty has a good recall, but being so young he can be very easily distracted when there's a chance of a ball game or someone to play with, so on going training on his recall will be needed.
He travels well in the car, but hasn't routinely been on long journeys with his lovely mum. He has no knowledge of livestock and has never lived with a cat, so his behaviour is unknown with both.
Monty is fed twice a day on large puppy kibble mixed with wet food.
At the moment Monty has two hours off lead exercise daily, which he would love to continue and has happily been walked by a dog walker and has had sessions at doggy daycare which he really enjoyed.
He can still pull on the lead so uses a Halti type head collar.
We are looking for a pet only home with HPR experience and no young children due to Monty's exuberance, but maybe older dog savvy children, because he loves children and behaves very well around them.
Also, Monty might like another slightly older dog as a mentor and playmate.
Monty is currently in the Surrey area. He will be rehomed with our 5 week free insurance with Agria Pet Insurance and our rehoming contract.
