Ralphie is believed to be between 6-9 years of age and a GSP/GWP cross.
We were asked to find Ralphie a new home as a matter of urgency during the Covid 19 pandemic due to the sad death of one owner and ill health of another owner.
We were very lucky that we had the perfect family waiting for a big softie just like Ralphie.
He was said to be wonderful around children and strangers, great with other dogs, not good with cats, travelled very well, neutered but not vaccinated, in need of grooming and lots of exercise. His recall hadn’t been tested in a while because he was always walked on lead. He loved playing with the horses behind his home and was living with another dog.
Ralphie quickly moved into his new home and started to settle immediately. He loved the long walks and lots of cuddles and attention, he instantly became best friends with their horse and even went to the doggy parlour which he also loved, who would have known being blow dried was so much fun 😂😂🥰🥰🥰🥰
He has had several problems caused by a ear infection but after having them thoroughly washed out under anaesthetic, drops and steroids, this gorgeous boy looks and feels good as new 🥰🥰🥰
We couldn’t have asked for a better home for Ralphie and are very grateful that his lovely mum and dad could move so quickly to collect him. He is already very much loved and very, very happy and has even met a friends cat who he just ignored 😆 bless his heart. 💜
