Snoopy is a lovely young boy who needs his forever home 💜🐾 .
He was rescued from a pound in Serbia, just over a year ago and has been well looked after by Balkan Underdogs, in rescue kennels, since then.
He has had no interest, so we have agreed to help find him a new home. He's not finding it easy in kennels now and needs out. He was kennel mates for a few weeks, with our beautiful Bonnie (now Ella), who travelled over in October. We'd love him to have the same happy future.
He is about 3 years old and already neutered. He had cherry eye (right eye) when he was found, and this has been operated on. He's now a healthy boy. He is sociable with dogs and people and very affectionate - he's just a typical, young GSP with bounce and zest for life😄 .
Snoopy has proven to be an adept climber - so will need good fences! He is not cat tested and it is not known what he is like with children, so we would not home him to a family with young children.
Snoopy may never have lived in a home and will need patience and support to help him adjust. He may not be house trained, though we find that rescued adult dogs learn really quickly. He may not be very used to walking on a lead and his recall will need time and effort to build it slowly.
We hope that Snoopy can travel before the end of January. He will be fully prepared and travel with his pet passport and appropriate paperwork. If you think you could give lovely Snoopy the loving, active home he deserves, then please get in touch with us.
