This very distinguished solid black gentleman is 8-year old Yebba (pronounced Yee ba) he was bred in Germany where he was trained as a working gundog, from strong working bloodlines, he's a good size male at 35kg.
Yebba has very successfully worked and been a stud dog for several years, until his lovely current owner took him on and since then he has been thoroughly enjoying his retirement.
Yebba is now neutered, he’s a very active and healthy GSP who is looking for a home as an only dog, with no cats!!
He is a loving, obedient boy who walks beautifully to heal when asked to, he has a great recall and absolutely loves sofa cuddles and playing with his toys, he can be left after exercise, but would much prefer to be with his family.
Yebba is great around children after growing up with several at his previous home. He is interested in livestock but will walk to heal passed them. He travels very well and loves day trips out where he can go swimming.
Yebba dislikes competitive or dominant dogs who want his food or toys and he will tell them off. His owner calls him to heal when walking past unknown dogs, which works very well.
After year's spent as a stud dog Yebba expects to mount any dog visitors that come to his home, which is why his owner thinks an only dog home would be nicer for him ( he is happily living with another male GSP with no issues at the moment. )
