You can set up fundraising events using Virgin Money Giving. We are registered as GSP Trust. This allows donations to be made using GiftAid and money is transferred to us monthly. We launched a fundraiser to help us cover costs for 3 Serbian puppies we agreed to help. They had been found with 3 others, dumped near a mine. We had a great response, raising around £600 within a week. Many thanks to everyone who supported :) . The 3 puppies are doing really well and will be travelling to their forever homes in November 2019.

Raising funds to help this lass!
Lily is a special lady who will be looking for a new home. Lily is approximately 6 years old. She was found abandoned and taken to a pound in Northern Ireland. The wonderful St Columb's Animal Rescue & Rehoming, Londonderry, Northern Ireland contacted us. They initially rescued her and took her to the vets. Their team have been fabulous in assisting us with this lass in Northern Ireland and are working with us to get her over to us.
She will be coming under our care and will be with GSP Rescue UK in foster care until ready for a new home.
She needs some extra special love and attention before she is ready for her new home and she will need ongoing care as she is diabetic.
Lily has successfully had her primary lump removed and we are glad to say that the X-ray of her lungs are clear. She still has to have a secondary lump removed and is with the vets being taken care of to build up her strength. Her vet bill is quickly rising and we need your help please.
We are running a special fundraiser to help raise funds for her immediate care, fostering and long term diabetic treatment.
If you could donate even £1, we would really appreciate it. It would help us to be able to provide this lass with the care she deserves and find her a perfect loving forever home. Wouldn’t it be fabulous if all our supporters contributed!

The colour way is Denim and White and the yarn is Stylecraft Life 75% acrylic 25%. It washes like a dream on a gentle wash which I have already done after all those hours of handling using Persil and Comfort so I could block it.
As well as the usual crochet stitches there is also ruffle, bead, puff, long, star and crab stitches, treble and front post clusters, popcorn, picot trebles, crossed doubles and the cosmic stars too. Pattern designed by Helen Shrimpton.
It is 62 x 56 inches. I’ve worked out that I crocheted it just about every evening for about 3 hours at a time. It must come out at about 190 hours work.
